Terms of Service
Last updated: June 30, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Marshal (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.
2. The Service
Marshal lets real-estate brokers manage clients and prospects, have an AI voice assistant call those prospects within a configured daily window, collect housing preferences, and schedule consultations on the broker’s Google Calendar. Call recordings, transcripts and AI-generated summaries are provided for the broker’s preparation.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Roles: brokers manage their own clients and leads; administrators may additionally manage users and view platform-wide data.
4. Your responsibilities and acceptable use
You retain ownership of the client and lead data you upload and the call outcomes generated for you. You agree that you:
- have obtained any consent required to contact the people on your lists, and will comply with all applicable telemarketing and robocall laws (for example TCPA and do-not-call registries in the United States) and privacy laws;
- will not upload unlawfully obtained contact lists;
- will not use the Service for harassment, deception, emergency services, or any illegal purpose;
- will not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content of calls placed on your behalf. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
5. Google integrations
If you sign in with Google, you authorize the Service to check your calendar availability and create consultation events with Google Meet links, and — where you grant Gmail access — to read recent emails and send replies you compose, all on your behalf. You can revoke this authorization at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; the corresponding features will degrade gracefully without it.
6. Fees
The Service is currently offered as a beta without charge. We may introduce paid plans with reasonable advance notice.
7. Intellectual property
We own the Service and its software. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while these Terms are in effect.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. AI-generated calls, transcripts and summaries may contain errors; verify important details before relying on them. We do not guarantee call deliverability, booking outcomes, or uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or USD 100 if you paid none).
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms. Sections 7–9 survive termination.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions: [email protected].
