For solo real-estate brokers
Your real-estate chief of staff.
Marshal turns your inbox into a self-growing book of business — and even makes the calls to book your next deal. While you sleep, it's still working your clients.

The problem
The busywork is eating the two things that pay: finding clients and closing.
01
Inbox triage
Every inquiry, every thread, every day — answered late or not at all.
02
Manual data entry
A CRM that only works if you feed it. So it never gets fed.
03
Clients going cold
The follow-up you meant to send is the deal someone else closed.
How it works
One assistant. It replies to everyone — and grows your book.
Handle every conversation
Marshal captures every email into a living client record, drafts the reply in your voice, and keeps watch so no one slips. Your book of business grows out of your inbox — you never type it in.
Marshal Network
The one place your listings go out: broadcast off-market inventory to fellow brokers and let Marshal match it against their buyers — so the right deal finds you.
Capture
You never do data entry again.
Connect Gmail and every conversation files itself: new inquiries become client records, threads become timelines, details become fields. The CRM is a by-product of answering your email.
You did nothing. Your CRM grew itself.
Starts with your inbox and Google Calendar. More channels coming.
Nurture
Never let a client go cold.
Every client gets a 360° timeline, and Marshal keeps watch on all of them: unanswered replies surface as ready-to-send drafts, relationships that are quietly aging get flagged before they cool, and new listings are matched against every open brief.
Reply to everyone. Chase no one.
Grow
It even makes the calls.
Marshal dials new prospects and books consultations straight onto your calendar. Import your listing sheet and the Marshal Network broadcasts off-market inventory to fellow brokers — matching it against their buyers while you show houses.
Marshal does the busywork. You close.
Capture · Your intake link
One link. Every visitor becomes a client.
Put your Marshal link in your email signature, your Instagram bio, a flyer’s QR code. Whoever taps it meets your AI receptionist: it answers questions, gathers budget and timeline, and books a consultation straight from your real calendar availability — even per listing.
You don’t get a form submission to re-type. You get a client record, the whole conversation on their timeline, and a call to make.
A front desk behind every link you share.
Visitors always know it’s your assistant — and can leave their info without the AI at all.

Ask Marshal
Say “make Charlie a VIP.” It’s done.
You live in your car, not at your desk. Ask Marshal rides along on every screen — tap the mic and brief it the way you’d brief an assistant. It finds the client, reads the history, and does the work. Anything it infers on its own becomes a card you approve with one tap.
Command it. “Set Charlie as VIP.” “Move Sarah to hot.” “New client — David Lam, from the open house.” Said is done — straight into your CRM.
Debrief it. Just left a showing? Talk for thirty seconds. Marshal pulls out the facts and turns them into profile updates and follow-ups — each a card you tap to accept.
Ask it. “How should I follow up with Sarah?” It reads the whole history and comes back with a plan: when, which channel, draft ready for you to send.
You talk. Your book keeps itself.
Speaks English and Chinese. Works from your phone — even between showings.
In your control
AI drafts. You decide.
A chief of staff acts on your behalf — and answers to you. That principle is built into every surface of Marshal.
AI drafts. You approve.
Every reply, every follow-up, every call script waits for your review. Nothing is sent in your name without you.
Permission by permission
Marshal asks for Gmail or Calendar access only when a feature needs it — scope by scope, never a blanket grant.
Your book stays yours
Your clients, threads, and history belong to you. Revoke Marshal's access at any time from your Google account.
Your edge
Speak your clients' language.
Serving a multilingual market? Set a client's language once — or let Marshal detect it — and every text, email, social message, and AI call goes out in it. So every relationship in your book feels first-class, whichever community it comes from.

FAQ
Questions brokers ask.
The honest answers before you connect your inbox. Anything else, ask us — a real person replies.
Will Marshal ever send an email or make a call without me?
No. Marshal drafts every reply and queues every call, but nothing goes out until you approve it. You stay the one signing off — the AI just does the typing and the remembering.
Do I have to switch my email or move my contacts into a new CRM?
No. Marshal connects to the Gmail you already use and builds your CRM automatically from the conversations already in your inbox. There's no import, no data migration, and nothing to set up on day one.
How much CRM data entry is there?
None. Marshal reads your threads and keeps each client's status, next step, and history current on its own. You correct it when it's wrong; you never feed it.
Is my client data safe, and who can see it?
Marshal connects through Google's verified OAuth, and you grant each permission — inbox, send, calendar — one at a time, revocable whenever you want. Your book of business is yours; it's never sold or shared, and never used to train models for anyone else.
Is AI calling actually legal?
You decide who gets called and when, so calls stay inside the consent you already have with your clients. We keep a plain-English rundown of the TCPA rules for AI calling, and Marshal is built to work within them — not around them.
What is the intake link, and where do I put it?
It's your shareable Marshal URL — email signature, Instagram bio, a flyer's QR code. Visitors chat with your AI receptionist (it always says it's your assistant), leave their details, or book a consultation from your real calendar availability. Every visitor lands in your CRM as a client with a call to-do — no form for you to re-type.
What does it cost, and is there really a free trial?
Every broker starts with a 7-day free trial of the full workbench — no card required, 30 AI-calling minutes included. After that, Core covers the whole workbench and Pro adds AI calling; you can cancel anytime.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
You catch it before it matters, because you review every draft before it sends. Edit the wording, fix a detail, or throw it out — and Marshal learns your tone from the way you rewrite it.
Who is Marshal built for? Do I need to be technical?
Marshal is built for the solo North American broker running the whole business alone — no ops team, no IT. If you can use Gmail, you can run Marshal; it works the day you connect your inbox.
Security & privacy
Marshal connects through Google's verified OAuth — you grant each permission explicitly and can revoke it at any time. Your book of business is never shared.
