Capture · Gmail-native
The Gmail CRM built for real estate agents.
You already run your business from your inbox. Marshal turns that inbox into your CRM: every email triaged by AI, every thread filed to the right client, every reply drafted for your approval — with Google Calendar attached.
- Works with the Gmail you already use
- AI drafts. You approve.
- Built for solo brokers
Why Gmail
Your CRM was always your inbox. It just wasn't organized.
Every client you have is already in there — buried under portal alerts, newsletters, and threads you meant to answer. Marshal turns that pile into a working book of business.

New tools to learn
Marshal doesn't replace Gmail — it sits on top of it. Keep sending and receiving where you always have; Marshal does the filing.
24/7
Inbox triage
Every incoming email is read and classified as it arrives. Important threads and VIP clients surface first; the noise stays out of your way.
100%
Threads auto-filed
Each conversation lands on the right client's timeline automatically — and new senders become client records on their own.
How it works
Connect Gmail. Marshal becomes your CRM.
01
Sign in with Google
Grant Gmail access when you're ready — permissions are requested per feature, never all at once. Signing in only shares your identity.
02
Marshal organizes the inbox
AI triages each email, creates contacts, files threads to client timelines, and turns anything that needs an answer into a to-do.
03
Reply from a draft, not a blank box
Marshal drafts the reply from the actual thread. You review, tweak, send — and the CRM logs itself.
FAQ
Gmail CRM, answered
Do I have to leave Gmail to use Marshal?
No. Gmail stays your address and your archive. Marshal reads your inbox, organizes it into client records, and prepares drafted replies for your approval — sends go out through your own Gmail account.
How is this different from a CRM with a Gmail integration?
Most CRMs 'integrate' with Gmail by asking you to BCC an address or log emails by hand. Marshal inverts it: the inbox is the source of truth, and the CRM builds itself from it. There's no data-entry step to skip.
What Gmail permissions does Marshal need?
Access is progressive. Signing in with Google shares only your identity; you grant read access for triage and filing, send access for approved replies, and calendar access for appointments — each per feature, only when you turn it on.
Does Marshal handle texting or WhatsApp?
Not today. Marshal works email, Google Calendar, and AI phone calls today — the channels where a solo broker's paper trail actually lives.
Where does my calendar fit in?
Google Calendar is attached alongside Gmail. Consultations booked by Marshal's AI calls land directly on your Google Calendar, and appointments show up on the client's timeline next to the email history.
Is Marshal for teams?
Marshal is built for the solo broker — one person carrying capture, nurture, and growth alone. No seats, no lead routing, no team plumbing you'd be paying for.
Your inbox is already your CRM. Let it act like one.
Connect Gmail and watch your book of business build itself. Marshal does the busywork. You close.
