Capture · Your intake link
One link that turns visitors into booked consultations.
Put it in your email signature, your Instagram bio, a listing flyer's QR code. Whoever taps it meets your AI receptionist: it answers questions, takes their details, and books a consultation straight from your real calendar availability. You don't get a form submission — you get a client record and a call to make.
- Visitors book from your real availability
- Every visitor becomes a CRM record
- No form for you to re-type — ever
Why a link beats a form
A form collects. A receptionist converts.
A contact form is a dead end: the visitor types, waits, and cools. Your intake link answers back — in the moment, when they're most interested.
24/7
It answers when you can't
Open house Saturday, showing Sunday — the link keeps greeting visitors, answering questions, and taking bookings while your phone stays in your pocket.
1 link
Everywhere you already are
Signature, bio, flyer, QR code. One URL works in every channel you have today — no website rebuild, no embed code, nothing to host.
0
Data entry on your side
Whatever the visitor shares — name, email, phone, what they're looking for — files itself as a CRM client with a “call this new client” to-do. You never copy-paste from a notification email.
How it works
Share the link. Marshal does the front desk.
01
Share your link anywhere
Grab your personal intake link from Settings — or a per-listing link that tells the assistant exactly which home the visitor is asking about — and put it wherever leads find you.
02
Marshal greets and qualifies
Visitors chat by text or voice with an AI receptionist that introduces itself as your assistant, answers what it can, and gathers what matters: budget, area, timeline, contact info. Prefer zero AI? There's a plain leave-your-info form too.
03
They book themselves
The link offers times from your live Google Calendar free/busy. When a visitor picks one, the consultation lands on your calendar with a Meet invite in their inbox.
04
You get a client, not a note
Every conversation becomes a CRM client record — deduplicated against your book by phone and email — plus a “call your new client” to-do so nothing waits on you noticing.
Intake link vs. contact form
What happens after the tap.
| Marshal | A typical contact form | |
|---|---|---|
| First response | The AI receptionist answers in the moment, in conversation | “Thanks for your message” — then silence until you check email |
| Qualification | Budget, area, timeline gathered naturally in chat | Name and email, if they bother to finish the form |
| Booking | Real availability offered; consultation lands on Google Calendar with a Meet invite | “We'll get back to you to schedule” |
| Your CRM | Client record + call to-do created automatically, deduped against your book | You re-type the submission into whatever you use |
| Nights & weekends | Answering and booking around the clock | The lead is already emailing the next agent |
| SMS follow-up | Not yet — Marshal works email, calendar, and AI phone calls today | Depends on your stack |
FAQ
The intake link, answered
Where do I put the link?
Anywhere a link or QR code works: your email signature, Instagram or Facebook bio, listing flyers, yard-sign riders, your Google Business profile. There's nothing to embed and nothing to host — Marshal serves the page.
Do visitors know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. The receptionist introduces itself as your AI assistant and never pretends to be you. Visitors who'd rather not chat can use the plain leave-your-info form — that path involves no AI at all.
What do I need to set up first?
Connect your Google Calendar. Booking runs on your real free/busy, so the link stays unavailable until the calendar is linked — a visitor is never offered a time you can't honor.
Can I make a link for a specific listing?
Yes. Settings lists a per-listing link for each of your properties, so the assistant knows exactly which home the visitor came from and acknowledges it — while still only claiming what it actually knows.
What exactly shows up in my CRM?
A client record with whatever the visitor shared — contact details, requirements, the conversation itself on their timeline — deduplicated against your existing book by phone and email, plus a “call your new client” to-do. If they booked, the appointment is on your calendar too.
What stops spam or abuse?
The link is rate-limited per visitor session and per IP, message and voice turns are capped, and you can switch the whole link off in Settings at any time. A misbehaving visitor costs you nothing.
Does this replace my website?
No — it's a capture surface, not a site. Keep your website, your portals, your bios; the intake link just makes every one of them end in a conversation instead of a form.
Put a receptionist behind every link you share.
One URL: visitors chat, leave their details, or book straight onto your calendar — and your CRM grows while you're at a showing. Marshal does the busywork. You close.
